Overview

Vynyl partnered with a global pharmaceutical company's Digital Transformation & Innovation department to accelerate its digital health product discovery practice. Our mission was clear: identify, test, and validate groundbreaking opportunities in digital health.

We concentrated on five key areas:

Our Approach

We introduced an Agile Innovation Framework, bringing flexible and iterative processes to the company's workflow.
